Due to recent changes in the USA regarding import tariffs and customs duties I’ve needed to update how I handle shipping to try make things as easy as possible for you all so you don’t have unexpected tariffs and fees on your end. Please read on for more information on how I’ll be helping handle your U.S. Tariffs and importing.
Base Shipping Cost and U.S. Tariffs
All orders will have a standard base shipping cost of $25AUD, which covers the basic delivery fee. For our U.S. customers, there will be an additional U.S. Tariff fee applied according to what you’ve purchased and based on the current U.S. Customs Rates. This will be added and included within your total shipping cost shown at checkout. This is because U.S Customs and Australia Post now requires us to pay U.S. import tariffs upfront when we ship your order.
Currently the U.S. Tariff on products made and shipping from Australia is +10% , so this will mean 10% will be added to your current order that I will then pay directly to U.S. Customs through Zonos a third party agent that Australia Post has designated.
This means you won’t have to deal with any surprise tariffs/import taxes/duties or fees on your end when your package arrives.
So for example if purchasing “1 x Bifrost Blade” shipped to the U.S.A this would be the cost break down:

Tracking Your Order
After your order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way until it arrives at your doorstep.
